Mission of Hope: November 8th 2013, Typhoon Yolanda
This page and photos are some of the latest emails from Errol and Laarni -

On November 8th 2013, Typhoon Yolanda devastated villages in the east central portion of the Philippines.  At last count over 6000 people were killed. In the latter part of November, Laarni and I joined forces with a local ministry and went to Tacloban, the hardest hit area, to distribute supplies and provide medical assistance. We traveled by ferry boat, bus, and vans for approximately 30 hours to get there. The supplies seen in the first and second pictures were transported by truck. The rest of the picture show some of the devastation inflicted by Yolanda. During our medical clinic, I was cleaning wounds and Laarni worked in the pharmacy.
